Overview of Leak Remediation Project Open Issues

On July 28, 2009, a meeting was held to resolve the outstanding issues related to the leak remediation project. The followering people attended the meeting:

• WCP Board members: Eric Dahl and Deborah Fygenson.
• WCP homeowners: Ben Reese and Harry Nelson.
• HH Fremer Architects: Hal Fremer and Winfred Ho.
• Roofing Forensics: Mark Vanderslice (via teleconference).
• UCSB: Marc Fisher, Maryann Johansson, and Jack Wolever.

The Board is pleased to report that the outstanding issues were resolved to the satisfaction of all the participants. The following documents are related to that meeting.
